We wanted to reach out and connect, to ensure you and your loved ones are safe, keeping well and positive during these testing times.

Whilst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is constantly changing, our priority remains unchanged – your safety. Our role is clear: we’re here to help keep people moving in any way we can during these challenging times.

To give you an overview of what we’re doing to assist you and what we have implemented during this challenging time, here are some of the measures we have in place.

Firstly, we are offering FREE pickup and return of your vehicle for any minor or major car services during the Coronavirus period for the selected suburbs shown below. Together with our Coronavirus Measures, you can rest assured that your vehicle can be serviced or repaired safely so you have a reliable vehicle at all times. Talk with us – we’re here to help.


For those warriors that are keeping our essential and health services continuing, we acknowledge you and are grateful to you. If this is you, or perhaps you are fortunate to keep working or need to access essential services, this is not a time to have vehicle troubles or break down. You don’t want to have to rely on public services or vehicles that have a plethora of people through them at this time. Knowing that your vehicle is maintained properly and ready to go as needed is crucial to peace of mind particularly at this time. For those on the move, we are also happy to extend the free pickup and return services for selected suburbs. Connect with us to discuss your needs.


Do you have family or kids that you think may need help to keep their servicing up to date? Do you know of someone vulnerable that you would like to help? If you want to ensure they also have peace of mind, we are offering Gift Certificates to help.


We are listening to the World Health Organisation, Federal Government and State Government and have implemented the recommended measures to date, including:-

· Educating and training our staff on the required cleaning and hygiene methods, both personal, environmental and in vehicles;

· For our staff, supporting social distancing where possible and ensuring any PPE (protective personal equipment) is in place and is being used;

· Maintaining social distancing and increasing cleaning of vehicles for the protection of customers when picking up and returning vehicles;

· Asking customers to inform us if they show symptoms or are at risk of the virus prior to pickup of a vehicle;

· Implementing social distancing measures at our reception and collection points for the reassurance and safety of our customers;

· Asking staff to inform us immediately if they show symptoms or are at risk of the virus;

We are not currently experiencing any delays due to these new measures and assure you of our highest standards at all times.

The health and safety of you, our staff and our community is our top priority – so be assured that we’re constantly monitoring updates, listening closely to all appropriate authorities and updating our own responses and approach as and when necessary.
